Formerly a villa built on a green expanse in the early 70’s by Claudio and Anna, successively expanded and renovated, presently the building is designed to welcome our guests. The distinguishing architectonic feature, the turret, hosts the staircase access and the lift. The panoramic terrace, the cafeteria facility and reading room open up beyond the reception, facing west; the library and studio lay in the quiet of the north-east side. The garden, articulated on different levels, has rocky paths, steps and ramps winding through fountains, terraces and small flowered corners, with numerous tree and floral species typical of Aosta Valley. Villa sorta in un’area verde agli inizi degli anni ’70 per volontà di Claudio e Anna, più volte ampliata e ristrutturata, giunge alla conformazione attuale e all’accoglienza degli ospiti. L’elemento architettonico caratterizzante, il torrino, ospita la scala d’accesso e l’ascensore. Oltre la reception si aprono, ad ovest, la terrazza panoramica, la zona caffetteria e la sala lettura; la biblioteca e lo studio sono ricavati nella quiete del lato nord-est. Il giardino, adagiato su più livelli, ospita percorsi, rampe e gradini che si snodano tra giochi d’acqua, terrazze ed angoli fioriti; numerose le specie arboree tipiche della flora valdostana. Gli spazi dedicati alla lettura e ai bagni di sole assicurano il relax; per i bambini un’area verde con scivoli e altalene. L’ampio parcheggio coperto e il garage sono a disposizione.
