Beautiful stone house surrounded by a large garden with olive trees and an ancient well and a panoramic view of the hills on the edge of the forest, a few kilometers from the medieval village of Anghiari (AR), "one of the most beautiful villages in Italy". Situated between Umbria and Tuscany, it is the perfect starting point for exploring both regions. The property has spacious apartments of different sizes, each with independent entrance and a reserved part of the garden. The large apartment on the ground floor, has a living room-kitchen, a bathroom, a triple, a double and a quadruple bedroom. Two of the bedrooms and living room have direct access to the garden. There are also a gazebo with table for breakfast outside and for using a laptop. The free wi-fi also reaches this point, and thanks to an electrical socket (Schuko) you can plug your laptop here. Guests can also use sunbeds, a barbecue provided with firewood and charcoal, and a shed to park two cars inside the fenced perimeter of the property. The small apartment, on the first floor, has panoramic windows toward the Tiber Valley. There is a living room-kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom with the possibility of adding one or two single beds, or cots. There's a big reserved part of the garden with a pergola with table for outside dining and sunbeds. Even the guests of this apartment have access to the barbecue and shed to park the car, as well as free wi-fi inside. The single rooms are not rented individually, the apartments are rented in full. The owners do not live in the same house, but they can reach in a few minutes in case of need. Prices include VAT and taxes, utilities, wi-fi, initial and final cleaning, use of kitchen and garden, use the barbecue (on request), the towels and the room changed weekly. We NOT serve breakfast or other meals. OTHER SERVICES: - For the guests of both apartments, a booklet with suggested itineraries to explore the area and to optimize the time available. It is appreciated by our guests because it allows them to take full advantage of the holiday and visit the beauties of Umbria and Tuscany . - We rent mountain bikes for small groups, with GPS with preset itineraries of the surrounding countryside. There are helmets and a small workshop for repairs, included. - We can put you in touch with local producers of oil, wine and tobacco, and you can visit the places of production - You can rent home-cooks and catering services, and rent the property for ceremonies. - We can show a local horse riding stable for excursions in small groups and riding lessons.
