Tuscany country house (built in local stone) at 700m altitude on the side of the hill. Major features quiet, nature and landscape with a magnificent view on the town of Arezzo and surrounding Hills, mostly at sunset. City center at 15-20m by car.; it's really easy to reach the site, driving on the panoramic road to the Alpe di Poti, till the little country Church/village of San Severo (X century). Wide green all around the house, completely enclosed, where you can park inside. Two indipendent apartment, each with patio to have your breakfast or lunch outside. Outside you also have a stone oven to cook cakes or anything else. If you like it, we can give you 2 mountain bikes.
