Our food is inspired by the surroundings and reflects the traditions of the area. You will find gastronomic delights like homemade pasta with truffles, or porcini mushrooms, Chianina beef and Fiorentina T-bone steak. Special attention is given to a selection of more than 250 wines from all over Italy, and in particular to the great red wines of Tuscany. During the summer, thanks to the large garden that surrounds the old farmyard the visitor can enjoy pleasant quiet evenings "al fresco".
