La Scuderia is a 17th century farmhouse with swimming pool in Arezzo. The ancient country house has been completely renovated, preserving the authentic Tuscan style, as can be seen in the floors and stairs in pietra serena, in the exposed wooden beams of the ceiling and in the ancient fireplace in the main room, and transformed into a family-run accommodation facility, ideal for a stay of tranquility and contact with nature. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by the park, entirely fenced and embellished by a large swimming pool with panoramic views, in an ideal setting for spending pleasant moments of rest and conviviality outdoors. La Scuderia has the luxury of having only 9 rooms and this allows you to stay in a context of tranquility and intimacy. The rooms are in typical Tuscan style, rustic and welcoming at the same time, they are different from each other in the layout, but equipped with the same services. They boast exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, hand-made wooden headboards, furnishing accessories reinvented by restored and painted antique wardrobe doors, natural stone flooring. The types are double, twin, triple, the rate includes breakfast, daily cleaning service, Wi-Fi internet, use of the swimming pool and private parking.
