The residential structure "Manderley", is situated in the marine village of Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in front of the charming and beautiful bay, but at the same time is far from other houses, surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and a rustic park five hectares of land with pines, junipers and miopperi. The property features two apartments, plus the owners' house. Each apartment is furnished in a sober and functional. They feature: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed. Guests can use the private access to the beach, can make use of the indoor parking, and barbecue in the grounds. Our structure is the ideal location for families who want to find places to stay in the comfort of their home, for conferences and business trips, for a dream holiday in a romantic and discreet environment for all those who wish to spend some 'time in an unspoiled natural environment. Are available to our guests rooms with different options for the bathroom (private, exclusive, shared), freedom for coming back at any time, free onsite parking, a large garden, a kitchenette on request. The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to, appreciate and buy the products of local artisans, taste the typical products of the place thanks to the food and wine tours, follow cultural events and exhibitions, immerse yourself in the tranquility of lush gardens and the beautiful landscapes.
