About
Our dairy produces cheeses from the province of Cuneo. We are present in the Consortium for the Protection of Raschera (typical cheese of our area) .We produce also a great Robiola goat (both fresh and seasoned) mixed Robiole goat / cow, Roero (typical cheese Roero developed in our laboratory) Toma classic, plain yogurt and fruit. We have a small shop in the building where you can buy our products. We also organize tastings combining the cheeses with wines of our territory.
