The farm Demarie, which for over 3 generations produces wines in the Roero, is pleased to welcome you to its structure. The winery, currently run by the sons of Giovanni Demarie: Aldo, Paolo and his wife Monica, was renewed in 2013 by the construction of a new structure. The new winery uses the most modern and environmentally friendly technologies: solar panels to produce electricity, a biomass boiler that also uses the branches of the vines for heating and a system of filtering wetlands for treatment of wastewater. In the cellar the grapes processed derive from the vineyards owned by the family Demarie, for the production of typical wines of the territory south-Piedmontese, in particular, the white Roero Arneis, also in the classic method sparkling version, and reds Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Roero Riserva, Barolo, Barbaresco. Matching with desserts we offer the sweet wines Moscato d'Asti and Birbet from brachetto grapes.
