GREENERIA is situated on the hill of the small ancient village of Guarene, in the heart of UNESCO Vineyard Landscapes of Langhe Roero Monferrato. It offers two indipendent apartments for four people each, with all the comfort, in a rural building of 19th. Century completely renewed with natural materials, under the rules of organic architecture and the GBC Historic Building protocol (LEED). Also the interior design is realized with eco and reused furniture and natural materials without dangerous emissions. GREENERIA therefore allows a "green" experience of environmental sustainability, relax and health surrounded by a stunning view on the vineyards and the old towns around.
