La Trattoria degli Amici is located in the heart of the Langhe. Our Restaurant serves fresh seafood and dishes of Piemontese tradition. The philosophy our Chef Patron of Trattoria search all products km "0" with respect to the vegetables and the meat of which we use only the typical Piemontese fassona protected by Co.AL.Vi "Consortium of Piedmontese breed." For the fish use for the most all fish caught in our wonderful Mediterranean Sea and we try to follow the seasonal nature of fishing. Each product comes to us sanitized than the EC Regulation 853/2004, Annex III, Section VIII, Chapter 3, point D, point 3. For everything else Come and try !!! :-)
