Through this project the Michelin star restaurant "la Locanda di Bu" , and the cooking scWe are pleased to present "Cena School", a new business project in Nusco, hool "Cena" are now together and can offer an excellent service, to customers and tourists who visit this part of South Italy. The location of Cena is enviable; it is situated in what once was a convent, and it is right in the middle of the old centre of Nusco,a charming town of Irpinia. It has six large double rooms with views on the enchanting old cloister and on the stunning Calore valley with it's great vineyards. This area is extremely rich of some of the finest products of the earth: this is the land of DOCG wines such as Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and also truffles, IGP chestnuts, caciocavallo cheese, olive oil. Nusco is one of the 100 most beautifull villages of Italy (Borghi d'Italia)! It is situated at 914 meters above sea level. The Cena's dining room is refined, warm and so is the cooking, for it is the perfect combination of the rural culinary tradition of Irpinia and the sophisticated flavor of innovative recipes.
