Lying in a splendidly quiet location, with a panoramic view on the alpine woods and Piave river valley, it is nonetheless not far from Sappada town centre: with a pleasant, few minutes walk you can get there.During the winter, you are right on the ski runs – Nordic Ski Stadium, Sappada 2000 and Pian dei Nidi chair lifts – and just steps from free skibus and light rail stops to and from Nevelandia snow park.In summer, you are surrounded by flowered meadows, next to the pinewood (100 metres) with mini golf and children's playground, riding stables and fitness course. We also have a heated open air pool (8x15 metres long, 1.50 to 2.50 metres deep), with infant area (0.50 metres deep), encircled by a rock garden and close to an equipped solarium with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.
