The San Gregorio Restaurant, formerlly called Marennà (Michelin star from 2009 until the modernization works), immediately expresses the desire to be the embodiment of the Irpinian territory. The restaurant is located in the highest part of the structure and, thanks to the huge windows, offers a suggestive view of the surrounding vineyards. The open kitchen allows guests to follow every step of the preparation of the dishes. Danilo Uva is the chef, careful guardian of the quality of the raw material and a wise master in translating the purity of the products of the company's garden, crops and indigenous livestock into a fine.dining experience. In the main dining room, the tables of the restaurant are designed ad hoc and are anticipated by the seven social long tables made from old pottery studio worktables. At the center of the room stands the Nest: an incredible shell made of chestnut branches. In the Teatro del Vino, on the other hand, bottles are celebrated, tasted and paired.
