The Adelfio is a Family company. Adelfio's company was born in 1931 and is located in the extreme south-eastern tip of Sicily, in Marzamemi, a charming hamlet of Arabic origin. The Adelfio Family is engaged in the continuing re-living of the aromas of the past. Adelfio is famose for his red tuna in olive oil, for bottarga of red tuna and the blue fish mediterranean in olive oil.
