Ramaddini lies at the very herat of the vineyards between Not, the home of renowned wines, such as Moscato and Nero d'Avola, and the countryside around Pachino, a land of centuries-old vineyards and knowledge acquired over the ages within the walls of of ancient wine-presses. In the Ramaddini vinyards, wich slope gently down from the high land around Noto to the sea at Marzamemi, the fertile somewhat calcareous soil, the mild climate and, above all, the unbeatable quality of the sunlight are of the utmost importance. The Ramaddini winery follows the great wine-making tradition in the south-east of Sicily. An example of architectural r-use. it is located in an old wine warehouse in contrada Lettiera, just outside Marzamemi. A picturesque place from wher the wine is still transported to the small port of Marzamemi.
