An Italian nursery rhyme says: “L’Erbavoglio doesn’t even grow in the king’s garden”. But in our garden , however, ideas grow and thoughts blossom. My paternal grandfather was a blacksmith, my maternal grandfather was a fruit and vegetable wholesaler. Starting rom the choice of ingredients and raw materials - in food and design - to their transformation - at the hands of designers, creatives, master craftsmen and professional chefs - we have been relying on one principle: this planet is our home and it must be respected. After the aggression of the industrial and post-industrial society into the ecosystem, man and nature will work together for a better future. This is the garden of Erbavoglio: a place of dreams and pleasures, a place of discovery and full flavors. Welcome.
