The philosophy behind the building of the hotel San Giacomo is respect for the environment. We decided that the entire structure was built according to Class A construction techniques, reducing heat loss and cool. The terrace houses the solar photovoltaic installation that controls the air conditioning system. We took advantage of principles of home automation, in order to ensure the right savings in power consumption for lighting. The external areas have been managed in compliance with the Mediterranean vegetation already there. The view that we invite you to enjoy from the property is the olive grove that is the main element connoting the area and marking the "Lama Lamasinata", near which the residence is located.
