Fasol Menin is a family-run winery with a young and dynamic spirit. It rises among the vineyards in the middle of the the hills of Valdobbiadene declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled in the historic and productive heart of the homonymous Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the winery combines the ancient wine tradition with a constant artistic research, maintaining a deep link with the surrounding area. Valdobbiadene is an area in which is carried out what is called heroic viticulture, all operations in the vineyard are made by hand without the aid of machinery, from mowing the grass, pruning and of course harvesting. Harvesting by hand guarantees respect for the vine and a greater selection of the bunches that will then be brought in crates in the cellar. We produce, respecting the environment, wines that are distinguished by pleasantness and elegance, representative of our territory.
