Grapperia Nardini, situated in Bassano del Grappa, is Italy’s oldest and most iconic distillery, founded in 1779. The historic bridge‑sited facility preserves the original wooden bridge and offers a vibrant atmosphere where visitors can explore the traditional steam‑distillation process, learn about the family’s heritage, and taste a range of Nardini grappa and liqueur varieties. Guided tours run Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and they are available only by reservation. Admission is free for all visitors, with complimentary entry for children under 18. The experience blends history, craftsmanship, and flavors, making it a must‑visit destination for anyone touring the Veneto region. Best Season: Late spring to early autumn, when the weather is mild and crowds are lighter.
