The restaurant, in addition to the classic mountain osteria with a glowing fireplace, has a nice dining room with the portraits of ancestors on the walls. Samuela prepares delicious dishes: snails of the Cansiglio, risotto with Armillaria mellea (honey mushrooms), ricotta or pumpkin gnocchi with melted buttar and poppy seeds, polenta with venison (deer or fallow deer), pastin ( a tipical dish of coarsely minced pork and/or beef, salated and spiced, similar to sausage), grilled cheeses from Alpago, and traditional old style cakes. Tra i vari piatti proposti, tipicamente locali ricordiamo: le lumache, il risotto con i chiodini, la minestra di fagioli, gli gnocchi di ricotta o di zucca, la polenta e capriolo (cervo o daino), il pastin, i formaggi alla piastra, l'agnello alpagoto e gli antichi dolci della tradizione.
