Managers: Alberico Lussana in the kitchen, together with his son Massimiliano and his wife Ida, who also serves at tables together with daughter Erica. Alberico and Erica are both A.I.S. acknowledged sommeliers. Closed: on Sunday evening and Monday. Vacations: a fortnight in mid August. Specialties: different dishes based on horse meat. Particular attention paid to the local products. Also vegetarian dishes and dishes based on meats from Scottona. Wines: regularly updated wine-cellar. Mainly the Italian wines, with particular attention to local wines, such as muscatel “Moscato di Scanzo”.
