If every place has a story to tell, the Burla tells of a desire to tighten again the ancient pact between man and his roots, his territory. These meadows and forests have hosted these farms and shepherds whose work, now visible again, nature has made more hospitable to the man who occupied it and the man more attentive and respectful towards it and towards the its rhythms. Meats, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh pasta, all products of the farm reflect this ancient knowledge and with the help of modern technology used here reduces fatigue of the farmer, it improves the health and welfare of animals and it guarantees the goodness and quality of these unique products. Enjoy a dish prepared with our products, if you will find it to your taste, you mean to participate and strengthen the bond with our territory and reward those people who so carefully, patience and sacrifice have made that come to your table. Our property includes a restaurant where you can dine à la carte or tasting in the cozy dining rooms and features.
