Each week will vary daily specials and fish menu. Well suited for ceremonies, celebrations, dinners and lunches with custom menus. The owners take great care to select quality products and condiments ensuring naturalness and authenticity. The choice of equipment is at the forefront, such as vacuum packaging, the blast temperature to preserve and maintain the best fresh produce, the wood-burning oven for pizza craft converted to pellets charged externally to avoid combustible contact and presence of insects in the restaurant.
