This Gourmet Restaurant offers an à la Carte Menu with traditional dishes such as the "Golden Tortellini della Rocca" -handmade by our chefs, the "Fritto della Rocca", mixed meats, vegetables, fruit, custard, and Ascolana olives fried in its characteristic batter, and the "fillet of Monsignor", all cooked according to original and patented recipes. Lunches are characterized by their flavor and lightness, offering a wide variety of tasty and light Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
