The B&B ArBi is a new construction with separate, groundfloor entrance, elegant and refined, with moderate prices, placed in a very quiet area and near to the OLD TOWN CENTRE of BOLOGNA “MAGGIORE” HOSPITAL, “DALL’ARA” STADIUM, sports and spa facilities and all the main buses lines with direct connection to the Bologna FAIR, TRAIN STATION, the AIRPORT, museums, churches, restaurants are very near to the B&B. Direct connection from/to the highways exit/entrance Check in time starts at 12 pm until 6 pm, check out time by 10.30 am ENTRANCE IS NOT LIMITED BY SPECIFIC TIMETABLE/SCHEDULE Very convenient for the opportunity to use the FREE PARKING IN THE NEARBY PRIVATE GARAGE Living rooms are common areas-FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS Each B&B ArBi room is provided with BATHROOMS and equipped with: • Air-conditioning • Insect screen • TV • Fridge • Free WiFi • Hairdryer • Laundry service (upon request) Animals are admitted upon agreement Two nearby but separated facilities are available: - A two-levels apartment with individual entrance, unique and refined, suitable for families or friend groups (4/6 bed accomodations) The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, bedroom and bathroom. On the lower floor there is an broad double room with bathroom and a double sofa-bed. - An apartment with broad entrance, two double rooms with bathrooms, a single room with bathroom and , as a common area, a living room/fully equipped kitchen.. In the building there are three more apartments where we, our moms and the little dog Ti, loyal companion of great-grandmother Anita, live too. Claudio has always been fond of cooking and the last 25 years this passion became a job, after attending several qualification courses. Upon request he is therefore available to provide some degustation of the culinary bolognese tradition and more. He is also a fine patissier. Breakfast is based upon homemade products and will be prepared according to your preferences. All the jams are prepared by Claudio himself with the fruit reaped from the trees he cultivates on our hills. After the booking, please inform us about your preferred breakfast. Lunch and/or dinner upon request, prices to be agreed. We would like to remind you that the payment of your stay shall be made upon arrival. No refunds are due for eventual early departure.
