The B & B is divided into two structures, one main next to the pool and one 20 meters from the pool gate. They are both newly built and renovated buildings. The B&B is 9 km from the airport, 7 km. from the center, 7 km. from the fair, 6 km from the stadium, 5 km from the ring road, 6 km. from the Centergross. The bus stop is outside the gate. All rooms are located on the first floor without elevator except a 2 single beds on the ground floor, have private bathroom, tv, wifi, air conditioning, private parking and access to the pool. The swimming pool opens in May and closes in October. When open it is always accessible except on Sunday afternoons and evenings. At 300 mt. you can find a small supermarket, a tobacconist, a pizzeria and a starred restaurant. There is a kitchenette with tea, coffee, herbal teas, biscuits, biscuits, jams, nutelline etc, free of charge while drinks are charged. Check-in 14:30 - 19:30, check-out 11:00 a.m.
