All our studio apartments are full optional with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, wi-fi, Smart-TV-sat, 45" to 55" independent air conditioning, 24-hour sanitizer, private parking in the building, open 24 hours a day. We provide a complete full-hotel service. An abundant sweet and savory breakfast is included and prepared daily directly in the room with a coffee pod machine with various traditional and decaffeinated aromas and a kettle for various types of infusions and herbal teas. Upon communication, it can be customized according to food allergies and intolerances. The free mini bar is set up with different types of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, natural and sparkling water, various types of fruit juices, eggs, yoghurt, typical cold cuts from our area, cheeses etc. In the structure we have an Agritourism Restaurant with typical Bolognese cuisine and local products, open upon reservation, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch.
