Since 1994 in the world of artisan coffee roasting in Bologna. The 14th of July is a very important day for us, because it was on a sultry summer afternoon in 1994 that we decided to found our company. Today we have 2 stores in the beating heart of Bologna, one of which includes a bar with professional bartenders who will serve you our blends. To these is added the shop right in the place of our production: in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO). Our biggest challenge, over the decades, has been to research with passion and attention the perfect aromas for our artisan coffee. We have dedicated heart and soul to taking care of every detail of taste. For us the roasting of artisan coffee 14 July is a timeless passion. The same passion that drove our Filicori family to search for the best combinations for blends with a unique and irresistible flavor.
