Cremeria Scirocco was born in the spring of 2004 from an idea of Andrea Bandiera. In the summer of the same year, Andrea went to Sicily and got in touch with the world of Sicilian "granita" and "gelato". After he got back to Bologna, his idea became reality and on March 18, 2005 he opened the shop at 1/C, via Barelli. Three are the key concepts of the "gelateria": TRADITION, QUALITY, CORDIALITY.
