Indegno is a take away restaurant where you can eat our version of the Crescentina Bolognese. We like to call it "Crescentina 2.0" because we modified the traditional recipe of our family, upgrading it to something more in line with the modern tastes. We also use premium quality ingredients, like a Mortadella that's still produced in Bologna by the original recipe. Come and taste our Revolution!
