The restaurant L’Oasi can count on the experience and warmth of a family-management celebrating more than 25 years. The menu, strictly traditional, proposes the whole soul of Giuliano and Anna’s management: first courses from the Bolognese tradition, hand-made and also served in a flambée Parmesan cheese; second meat-courses from the grill or pan-fried; fresh fish-dishes among which the special “linguine with seafood” stand out; home-made desserts as the crunchy almond nougat parfait with hot chocolate.Bread is home-made. Then, traditional “tigelle and crescentine” accompanied by cold cuts, squacquerone cheese, vegetables in oil and lard pesto. During spring and summer, the staff is glad to host the guests outside under the gazebos immersed in the green, where an area dedicated to games for children has its place, as well, while inside the new corner bar is always open for breakfasts, aperitifs and after-dinners. We also organize banquets and lunches for ceremonies, served to table or buffet style and parties with music for the youngest. L’Oasi is also a 3-star hotel, disposing of ten modern rooms with all services including the continuous presence of the reception staff (also at night). L’Oasi also offers its guests a wireless network to access the Internet for free, ideal for work-stays, lunches and aperitifs. The wide parking ensures an easy access to the structure.
