Otto in Cucina was born in 2012. Our adventure was born as a "joke"; friends who meet one evening to learn how to roll the famous egg pasta known locally as "Sfoglia". Since that night the goal has always been to pass on cooking knowledge through real professionals in every sector (cooking, pastry, bakery ...) From 2017 we moved to a new 500 square meter facility starting the first professional cooking courses. Our goal is to convey the concept of "Conscious Cooking". We want our students to be always aware of the actions taken in the kitchen and the results they bring. With the knowledge, awareness and the right techniques applied in the kitchen, each student will be able, independently, to face any type of preparation!
