Pozzo di Mezzo is a guest house, located in the city of Bologna, made from the reclaimed tiles and stones of an old Emiliana farmhouse: the finishing touches, the walls, the doors, the shutters and the gates give the residence a strong handcrafted feel. Situated 4 kilometres from the historic center, it is an ideal place for those searching for hospitality which combines the intimate, private and welcoming atmosphere typical of a B&B with the discrete, attentive and punctual professionalism of a hotel. The b & b is 5 minutes walk from Toscana street, where you can find restaurants, bars, grocery stores, tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy and the bus which will take you into the historical centre. The 3 rooms, all with independent entrance with access from the garden, have private bathroom with towels, Ortigia toiletries, vanity set, shower cup, shaving set, slippers, hairdryers, air conditioning with autonomous temperature control, TV, wifi connection, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and mini bar. The housekeeping on a daily basis done wearing mask and sanitized with the certified products in absolute and rigorous compliance to protocol. Linen will be washed by a specialized Laundry service, who uses products adequate to this state of emergency. Check-ins and Check-outs will take place in conformity with regulations, so with distancing and all set protections. All of us at b & b have completed the vaccination cycle. Guests can enjoy, in total freedom, parts of the patio and garden for their exclusive use. Ample free private parking: return by car or on foot at any time in total autonomy thanks to the automatic gate with key code access. The balance of the stay is expected at check out: can be made in cash, by debit card or by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. For COVID emergency, the pastry breakfast solution is temporarily suspended.
