Feel "at home" with us The Sissi&Franz apartments were completely renovated in 2017 and are equipped with high-quality materials. You live completely autonomously and can enter the apartment at any time without a key (see key/access note below). The apartments are close to the city centre and you will find the thermal baths of Merano, the gardens of Trautmannsdorf Castle, the racecourse and countless destinations all year round! KEY/ACCESS: After booking, you will receive an e-mail in which we will request a copy of your ID card (identity card/passport) - if necessary also from the accompanying person! The receipt of the documents is a prerequisite to send you the key (4-digit code) before your arrival! This code has a limited validity (arrival day from 2 p.m. - departure day until 10 a.m.) and is programmed in your name! This means that you can move into the apartment you have rented at any time during the booked period! PARKING: as shown in the description, there are NO parking spaces available. After booking the accommodation you will receive an email before arrival, where you will be shown free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. However, NO parking spaces can be reserved.
