Heiner's winery. is located directly at the Heinrichshof, which is only a 10-minute walk from the old town of Bolzano. It is the first winery with steep slopes on the northern outskirts. The young winemaker Heiner. cultivates its own vineyards biodynamically and exclusively by hand. The wines are grown naturally and honestly in the cellar, which is integrated into the vineyard. This means that the vintages and the respective grape varieties are authentically developed using the artisanal method without major interventions and bottled directly in the cellar. Heiner is happy to offer guided tours through the vineyard and cellar with subsequent wine tasting. You will gain insights into the wine landscape of South Tyrol, biodynamic wine production and, above all, the advantages of naturally matured wines.
