For years, the restaurant and cafe at the historic Grieser Platz in Bolzano/Bozen has been a popular meeting place. This is not least of all due to the outstanding cooking in our restaurant, which serves many kinds of home-made traditional dishes from South Tyrol and delicious international dishes. Schlutzkrapfen (Tyrolean ravioli), bacon, cheese or spinach dumplings, blood and liver sausages (according to Grandma's recipe) and of course our home-made apple strudel are on the menu. Lagrein and St. Magdalena from our own grapes in Bolzano/Bozen are a real highlight in our restaurant. The Manager of the 'Post Gries' works on the vineyard himself and ensures the best results, which will make your menu a real special treat!
