The restaurant is the brainchild of chefs Massimo Berzolla and Daniela Fulgoni—a couple whose love for Italian cuisine and dedication to local produce led them on a culinary journey from the English countryside back to their hometown. Every dish is made from fresh, seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on regional treasures such as truffles, Parmigiano‑Reggiano, and Bardi’s prized mushrooms. Guests can enjoy a menu that blends classic Emilian fare with contemporary twists. The lunch offering features an assortment of handmade pastas, hearty stews and a variety of cured meats, while the evening menu introduces fresh seafood dishes drawn from Massimo’s hand‑picked fish supply. A seasonal fish menu is also available on Fridays, and a set menu offers dining at a reasonable price. Le Due Spade opens for lunch from 12:00 to 14:00, and for dinner from 19:00 to 21:30 with the last order at each table at 14:00 and 21:30 respectively.
