Just five minutes from Bormio, in the Cepina residential area, a nice family-run, recently completed, new building, located in a quiet area but well-served offering shops, a bus service to Bormio: ski slopes and lift facilities, thermal spa centre, golf course parking area. All principal services can be found within a short walking distance. The apartments are wood furnished, well equipped offering every comfort (satellite Tv, internet wireless, microwave oven, dishwasher, safe, bath-tub and/or hydro-massage, wooden balconies overlooking the garden surrounding the building. Ski-store room, laundry-room, external and/or covered parking available. A barbecue, for summer parties which we organise, is at your disposal in the garden, also offering a sun lounge area. A "Heidi" wooden playhouse and two small "Peter" are available for children to play with...
