About
Il Moretto is the gourmet proposal of Palazzo Arzaga, leaded by the young Chef Roberto Stefani, pupil of Gualtiero Marchesi. Roberto’s creations feature Italian and Regional specialties focusing on the local products of the nearby farming estate Drugolo. During the Summer the restaurant moves out on the wide Arzaga Terrace to enjoy a spectacular view over the golf courses.
