In the heart of Franciacorta, Erbusco, they have headquarters some of the best-known production of the famous wine cellars "Bubbles", between vineyards and historical buildings in this location with glimpses flavor far that celebrates a famous carnival. The Smorfia has been obtained from an old tavern with vaulted ceiling, floors are grit and the veranda of colored glass door to garden positioned between the inner walls. The wine list offers some of the best regional labels and it is cleverly combined with a wide choice accurate to paper products. The pizza is served only in the evenings and on Thursdays at lunch, on Sundays Winter, for lunch and by reservation only, served as "spit" at Brescia.
