Family-wun winery, Le Cantorie rises on top of the beautiful hills on the eastern border of Franciacorta. Today it owns 12 Ha of hillside vineyards, where Chardonnay e Pinot noir grapes are cultivated with care and passion in order to give birth to refined sparkling wines, obtained with metodo classico. Red grapes, instead, are at the heart of the production of highly valuable reserve wines. The structure of the winery, with an eighteenth-century atmosphere, is particularly fine and elegant. Its walls are covered with local stone which comes directly from the hills where the vineyards grow. Tradition and modernity blend together, creating an evocative scenery between termo-conditioned steel tanks, big bottle stacks and oak barrels for wine ageing, all surrounded by a framework of stone, rock and wood.
