Ours is a typical restaurant with a rustic and simple yet very nice, which aims to make people feel in a welcoming and familiar. The environment is certainly impressive, but the real essence of the place, making inroads into the hearts of our customers, is the kitchen. You can taste "delights hot", "cold delights" and excellent cheeses . Among those hot stand-pate polenta with cheese and mushrooms, or with bacon and blue cheese, and bacon snails , a delicacy. Very tasty even the potato terrine with ham and mozzarella, baked au gratin. Among serve cold delights of tasty meats, all of the highest quality, among which stands in the great protagonist of our national Montisola salami ! Especially in the warmer months, are in high demand our seafood entrees , such as the "Trio of Fish" (containing seafood salad, marinated anchovies, marinated salmon), the Shrimp cocktail with pineapple, kiwi and strawberries , or the 'octopus salad with potatoes, arugula and cherry tomatoes . Finally, we find our cheese, which can be enjoyed cold, served on cutting board, or hot, served on our special soapstone, which is carried out on the same service of our meats .
