On the eastern shore of Lake Iseo , in Sale Marasino , and more precisely in the district of Soleville , it is the new Sail . The lake view from the restaurant is beautiful : on that side there are no walls but only a glass wall that amplifies landscape and colors and in summer you can have lunch in the outdoor gazebo . We have developed our menu in the traditional and the simplicity but introducing new ingredients and combinations and curious , that stimulate the palate and the eyes . Sea fish , lake and meat and alternatives demanding palates otherwise vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free . There are always tasting menu , to enjoy something more at a special price . Excellent pizza , rustic and homemade but enriched with ingredients PDO and IGT who make refined and never banal .
