Looking for a rustic environment where you can savor the delights of South Tyrolean cuisine and a place where you can taste the products of the farm? The Ciablun farm is the place for you ... Dumplings with goulash, ravioli, barley soup, tagliatelle with ragout of wild ... These are just some of the specialties that we offer to our guests. We serve children and adults on our sunny terrace or in our decorated restaurant. Also you can taste our homemade juices and beer or wine from South Tyrol. Ask about our meat specialties! Every day we offer several meat dishes of our kennel. Pork, beef and veal, grilled, roasted or boiled... Our guests in the apartments can take during the months from October to May breakfast or half board. Again with the farm products. Our restaurant is open Monday to Saturday, and you can visit us for lunch and dinner. We kindly ask our guests to book in advance!
