For our chef Marco, tradition means solidarity. With fragrances, smells and ingredients. With memories of his grandmother, who initially sparked his interest in the finest raw materials, good food products and quality. His cooking is based on this. It is a homage to the uniquely simple South Tyrolean cuisine, which brings together the best of two cultures.
