We are a small restaurant focusing on the essentials. Quality is our number one priority. We strongly reject Intensive livestock farming. Also, flat and mass-produced vegetables and fruit have no place in our kitchen. Alternatively, we work with produce that has been grown by farmers putting all their heart and passion in their work.
