Our small ‘Residence der bircher’ was renovated with great care by us in 2017. We transformed the three-star hotel, which was in need of renovation, into a high-class Residence with 16 flats near Sterzing, far away from the hustle and bustle. Our greatest wish was to create something new in our beautiful surroundings and to offer our guests something special. Thus we reduced the number of beds from 70 to 40. A cafeteria with a small shop was also created on the ground floor of the house. We have succeeded in creating a renowned and popular meeting point for breakfast and brunch lovers in South Tyrol. With this new concept, we have put you in the centre and are at your disposal! We look forward to getting to know you. Judith & Florian
