The Restaurant-Pizzeria "La Bifora" is located in the historical centre of Randazzo, a nice-medieval town on the slopes of volcano Etna (the highest European active volcan). The most part of the products used in cooking come from the biological farming of our family. The recipes and the dishes have fresh and genuine taste: the scent of bread fresh taken out of the oven, tipical sicilian appetizers, made of various kinds of chef's special selection of traditional Sicilian and Italian dishes or plateau of mixed sicilian farmhouse cheeses with sicilian honey and produced in the countryside of Mt. Etna, “maccheroni”, "tagliatelle" and "ravioli" in ancient culinary tradition, mushrooms and green vegetables from Etna countryside, local sausage, grilled meat and a great deal of choise of our sicilian tradition.
