We at Restaurant Drumlerhof prepare all dishes with regional and seasonal products. It is very important to us that the origin of our ressources is not further away than 100kms. In summer, we grow our own herbs, fruits and vegetables. We use cheese, berries, wild mushrooms and many other ingredients from our local farmers. We offer all dishes glutenfree!
