Casa Fiore A villa in the greenery with independent apartments overlooking the garden The villa is swathed in the greenery of a 3000 sm property, with fruit trees, palms, Mediterranean vegetation, green lawn and private parking. All apartments are on the ground floor, each with independent entrance (3 steps), private veranda, privatekitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi and mosquito nets. Each veranda is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, shelf and drying rack. The studio is the perfect solution for a couple, the two-room apartment hosts 4 people, the large three-room apartment hosts up to 5 people. In the back garden, a wooden platform shaded by a gazebo is the ideal place for relaxation in the greenery, perhaps taking advantage of the different fruits that our garden offers us: figs, medlars, pomegranates, prickly pears, plums, cherry plums, jujubes. On one side of the villa guests find a cold summer shower, a foot washer, the area for sorting garbage and a sink. The area in front of the villa, on the other hand, houses the parking area, part of the vast lawn, the pedestrian walkway for the Terra e Sole Cooperative and the phyto-purification system, which allows us to purify and totally reuse our waste water for irrigation.
